ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 24th March 2021 starting at 2:30pm via Zoom. To get your place, please visit your local branch or call 03030300010 before Monday 22nd March 2021.

A valid and unique email address will be required for each member wishing to attend.

  1. Ascertain that a quorum is present.
  2. Appointment of Tellers.
  3. Approve the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting and any intervening Special General Meetings.
  4. President’s Report.
  5. Chief Executive’s Report.
  6. Internal Audit’s Report.
  7. Treasurer’s Report and Consideration of Accounts and Auditor’s Report.
  8. Declaration of Dividend, and rebate of interest and charitable donations (if any).
  9. Approval of Dividend, and rebate of interest and charitable donations.
  10. Appointment of Auditor.
  11. Election of members of the Board of Directors.
  12. Election of members of the Internal Audit Committee.
  13. Motions.
  14. Any other business.
